Bio: I have been barbequing for 29 years. Tim Hart was my first BBQ Sensei, as it were. The guy has a bunch of great recipes which I still use today! His drink of choice was Bourbon, or maybe a "Salty Dog" on a hot summer day, while mine was basic beer. Thank you Tim for your inspiration! BBQing and two-channel audio listening are my top hobbies today. I enjoy working out and photography as well. My wife Elizabeth is the best a guy could hope for, and together we have raised three great God-fearing kids. Jesus Christ is our King and creator. Praise Him for all that we have and for His unwavering, eternal love!
